What we collect When you create an account or order hosting we collect your name, email address, contact details, billing address and the domain you want to host. We also keep records of invoices, payments and support conversations.

Why we use it We use your information to provide and support your hosting, to take payment, to send service and billing emails, and to keep proper business records. We do not sell your data.

Payments Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Cookies The client area uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is HttpOnly and is not used for advertising. Stripe may set cookies during card checkout.

Sharing We share data only with the suppliers needed to run the service — for example our payment processor and hosting infrastructure — and where the law requires it.

Retention We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Email hello@steveweb.site and we will help.
