Terms of service

These terms cover the hosting service provided by SteveWeb.site. By ordering hosting you agree to them.

The service We provide fully managed shared hosting on Plesk, including the features listed on our plan page. We look after the server, updates, security and backups so you can look after your website.

Your responsibilities You are responsible for the content of your websites, keeping your contact details up to date, and making sure your use of the service is lawful. You must not use the service for spam, malware, phishing, or anything that puts other clients at risk.

Payment The plan is £49 per year, paid in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. We may suspend a service if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, and we will restore it when payment is made. Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds You can cancel at any time from your client area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current period. If something has gone wrong, talk to us — we would rather fix it than lose you.

Backups and availability We take daily backups and work hard to keep the service available, but no hosting service can promise uninterrupted service. You should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
